Document Scanning Process

  • We meet with you to discuss and plan your project.

  • We help you sort, organize and box up your paper and files.

  • We transfer your documents to our production center.

  • Your project is imaged according to the initial project plan.

  • We write Optical Character Recognition (OCR) behind each image scanned.  This process turns your image into a fully searchable and editable document.

  • Each document is inspected for quality control.

  • The document is saved according to your naming and file structure conventions.

  • Your documents and file structure are mastered, written in ISO 9600 format, verified byte by byte, and burned onto a 200 year gold reflective DVD (or filed directly to your server file system, as required).

  • All paper documents are reconstructed to the way we received them and delivered back to you.

  • Once you have verified the integrity of your images, all files are deleted from our systems.
